There are many opportunities to volunteer here at Friedman Place! We welcome volunteers who want to come regularly or those who would like for a single event. We are able to facilitate volunteer hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Please note that volunteers who come to Friedman Place regularly or who interact with residents without staff supervision will be expected to pass a background check. All volunteers will have an orientation to the organization and supporting visually impaired people as well as an orientation to the tasks they will do during their time volunteering.
