
Opening Night: Celebrating the Arts at Friedman Place
October 16, 2018 5:30pm – 7:30pm
All art work exhibited is associated with vision, blindness or disability.
Friedman Place will also be debuting: “My Mind’s Eye Sees What My Regular Eye Cannot: Community Woven Tapestries,” a collaborative weaving project supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Illinois Arts Council. Opening night will be the first opportunity for the public to see the artwork.
